02Coaching applications
When you apply, I collect your answers, first name, WhatsApp number, email and, if you add them, your Instagram and anything you tell me about injuries or pain.
I use this only to read your application, message you about coaching and plan your training safely. Information about injuries is health data: you share it by choice, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Applications are kept for up to 12 months, or for as long as we work together, and then deleted.
03Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. I receive your name, email, what you bought and the payment status, never your card details. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
04Emails
I send you the emails you asked for: your download links, a reply to your application, your free plan. I only send tips and offers if you ticked the box for them. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
Emails are sent through Resend.
05Analytics
I use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
06Storage in your browser
The site remembers in your browser that you already applied (and your first name, to greet you), and keeps your answers while you fill in the form. This never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
07Who processes data for me
Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Some of them are in the United States; they protect data with standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
08Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to stop marketing emails, or to object to how I use it. Write to hello@trainwithjean.com. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
09Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date.
