02When I always refund
You never received your files and I can't fix it.
The file is broken or doesn't open, and a new one doesn't solve it.
You bought the same e-book twice by mistake.
03How to ask
Write to hello@trainwithjean.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order email. I reply within a few days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
04Coaching
1:1 coaching is agreed and paid separately, and its terms, including cancellation, are confirmed in writing before we start.
