02What I sell
Digital e-books: training plans and meal plans in PDF format. You get them as a download right after payment.
1:1 coaching is not sold on this website. The application form starts a conversation; a coaching agreement only exists once we both confirm it in writing.
03Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page, with taxes included where they apply. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
Checkout may show the price converted to your local currency. Card providers can add a conversion fee to that; to avoid it, choose to pay in USD.
04Delivery
After payment you get an email with your download links. Each link works for 30 days. Save your PDF on your phone or computer. If a link stops working, write to me and I will send a new one.
05Your licence
Your e-book is for your personal use. Please do not share, resell, copy or publish it, in full or in part. Every plan took a lot of work, and sharing it hurts the person who made it.
06Health first
My programs and meal plans are general fitness and nutrition guidance for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and they do not replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist.
Talk to your doctor before you start if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a medical condition. Stop and get help if something hurts.
Results are different for every woman and depend on many things, including how consistently you follow the plan. I can't promise a specific result.
07Age
You must be 18 or older to buy or to apply for coaching.
08Refunds
Because e-books are delivered instantly, the refund rules are on the refunds page.
09Liability
I do my best to keep everything on this website correct and available. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses or for how the information is used. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
10Changes
I may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you buy.
